Privacy and Security Policy

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy”) sets forth the privacy terms that apply to your use of this website at or or (collectively "Website”). This Website is owned by DIGITAL WORKPLACE LLC ("DIGITAL WORKPLACE”) (also referred to as "we” or "us”).

Information we collect:

DIGITAL WORKPLACE collects information upon registration and through other automated means from third party providers. Depending on your access to DIGITAL WORKPLACE, you may be asked to provide us with additional information. If your access allows you to purchase a membership, we ask for your credit card and billing information. Billing information is used to verify your credit card information. We currently use Blue Pay to bill your credit card for the membership dues for the services you requested. Blue Pay is a well-known national company that specializes in secure, online credit card processing. We may use an alternative service provider in our discretion, and will notify you via an update to this Privacy Policy at such time. Furthermore, we collect data in our log files. We may use this information to gather aggregate demographic information that helps us to provide you with services and information that are relevant to you. We keep this information for our internal use; we do not share it with others unless you instruct us to do so. If your benefit and/or retirement plan sponsor or administrator or other financial institution makes our service available to you, it may provide us with information about you and your account in order to reduce the amount of data you need to enter.

Usage of information:

DIGITAL WORKPLACE may connect individuals (employees) with financial advisors and/or financial counselors (advisors) from third party providers. We provide the individual's information to such advisors so that the advisors are better able to assess the chances of your reaching your financial goals and provide you with services.

Information sharing:

DIGITAL WORKPLACE will not reveal or share any of your information to others except in the following circumstances:

  • To advisors on the DIGITAL WORKPLACE platform that will offer financial support.
  • We need to share your information with companies who work on our behalf to provide a product or service you have requested or to maintain or service your account. For example, we may work with a financial institution, such as your plan administrator or brokerage firm, to make services available to you or effect a transaction you have requested.
  • We are required or authorized by law to disclose your information to respond to a subpoena, court order or legal process or comply with a regulatory requirement
  • We find it necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of DIGITAL WORKPLACE, our employees, members, Website visitors or others or to protect against fraud or illegal activity.

In addition, in the event of a transfer of ownership of DIGITAL WORKPLACE by acquisition or merger with another company or in connection with the sale of some or all of our business and/or assets to any third party, we may transfer some or all of your information as part of the transaction. In that event, you will receive notice, through this platform, of any change in privacy practices, and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any opt-out requests you have made are honored.

How we protect your information:

DIGITAL WORKPLACE believes that the security of data is essential. We use SSL encryption, which is the industry standard for secure data transfer software, to ensure data you transmit through the Internet is protected against unauthorized access.

We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our Website visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business. If you prefer, you can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies via your browser settings.
